The all-new Infiniti Q60 sports coupé – now available from £33,990.
In what appears to be only a two model line-up, the entry-level Q60 will come with a 2.0-litre, four cylinder turbo-charged petrol engine which produces a respectable 208hp.
The other Q60 – a 3.0-litre V6 twin-turbo petrol engined unit which produces 400hp – will arrive ‘at a later stage’ in all showrooms across Europe.
Infiniti says the Q60 ‘has been engineered to deliver a truly engaging sports coupé experience, with a unique balance of compliant ride and agile handling’. This is due in (large) part to Infiniti’s new ‘dynamic digital suspension’, said to offer greater handling responses, agility and enhanced ride comfort.
Also on the new Infiniti Q60 coupé will be the marque’s second-generation ‘direct adaptive steering’, first seen on the Q50 saloon. It is accompanied by a ‘drive mode selector’ to enable drivers to tailor their own steering preferences.
