* Nissan Navara Trek-1° limited edition on sale in the UK now.
* Only 400 units to be made available to UK customers.
* Based on top-spec Tekna double cab.

Nissan UK has announced the availability of a limited edition of its popular Navara pick-up. On sale now, the top-end Nissan Navara Trek-1° is based on the Tekna trim grade in double cab body style only. It is priced at an eye-watering £35,065 and adds a handful of toys and stickers to an already top-spec pick-up.

Its name apparently stems from the geographical location of the Navarre desert in northern Spain, at -1° longitude.

The Nissan Navara Trek-1° is powered by the range-standard 2.3-litre dCi 190 engine, which offers 190bhp and 450Nm from just 1,500rpm and enjoys claimed economy figures of 44.9 mpg for the six-speed manual transmission and 40.1mpg for the seven-speed automatic. All Navara’s offer ‘on-demand’ four-wheel drive as standard.

Exclusive extras for the Trek-1° include black sport styling bars, twin LED spot lamps, black side styling bars, black 18-inch six-spoke alloys and a new load bed cover, hinged at the cab end and is raised via dual gas struts.

Also included is a load bed divider and liner to keep loads secure during transportation. It’s fitted into the load bed’s C-channel restraint system, allowing it to slide forwards and backwards for ease of access and loading.

Only two colours are available for the Trek-1° – black or white – and Trek-1° side decals finish the look.
