Jeep UK has announced the model line-up, specifications and pricing for the refreshed 2018 Jeep Renegade, ahead of its arrival here next month.

New three and four-cylinder turbo petrol engines debut on the refreshed Jeep Renegade – the new engine family includes a 1.0-litre delivering 120hp and 190Nm of torque and a 1.3-litre delivering 150hp or 180hp and 270Nm of torque. On the diesel front, there’s the updated 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre MultiJet-II diesel engines with selective catalytic reduction, all of which are Euro 6d-TEMP/D compliant.
The 2018 Renegade features a new front fascia which now sports a redesigned 7-slot Jeep grille (similar to the Wrangler), and new head and fog lights. There’s a range of seven new wheel styles, including 16-, 17-, 18- and 19-inch, with the larger reserved exclusively for the top of the range Limited trim.
Interiors across the refreshed Renegade range offer innovative colour combinations, higher quality materials, high-tech features and revised storage compartments.
Depending on trim level, new Jeep Renegade can be equipped with Uconnect 5-inch or Uconnect 8.4-inch NAV, which include touchscreens and easy-to-use features and an uprated processor which offers improved response. Either Uconnect unit allows the driver to control both the climate and sound systems and much more.
The 2018 Jeep Renegade is available in two configurations, with two- or four-wheel drive. Renowned Jeep off-road capability is guaranteed by two advanced 4×4 systems, Jeep Active Drive and Jeep Active Drive Low which secure benchmark performance in all conditions.
Jeep Selec-Terrain is integrated with four settings: auto (default mode with rear axle disconnect); snow (4WD calibrated to reduce understeer), sand & mud (both 4WD modes for maximising low-speed traction).
The updated Renegade was developed to guarantee top level protection with several state-of-the-art safety systems, standard or optional, including six standard airbags and electronic stability control with electronic rollover mitigation. Now standard across the entire range are lane sense departure warning-plus and intelligent speed assist with traffic sign recognition.
Pricing has increased by over £2,200 on the range-entry model compared to when the Renegade was first introduced in 2015. The 12-model 2018 Renegade line-up and OTR pricing is as follows:
